... islands, totally the opposite of where we were headed! We have to say though it wasn't half as bad as we'd feared! Yes it was busy, super touristy and full of Russians but it was so big that you were still able to go off on your bike and find some gorgeous, less frequented places. We especially liked Rawai beach it was still too busy in our eyes but it had a lot more of an authentic Thai feel to it. We did visit the other main resorts too, the biggest and most popular ...

... The average day went something like this. Wake up and lay in bed until It is uncomfortably hot. ... fitness levels certainly need some improving! I was planning on doing the same thing every other day but so far I have only managed it once! The next day we checked into the slumber party hostel, where we were welcomed with a tequila shot which gave some indication as to the type of hostel we were in! We met Edmund and James who run the hostels who were really friendly, a contrast to the owners of the previous hostel who has been the opposite. We went down to ...

... Dadio tells me today is his fifth day no smoking, 5 days without one! Woo, I'm so happy and proud, good luck Dadio! Heard some terrible news today, a boy in livs year at school and the sister is the year above me, we have known them since we were little through school etc, their mum has passed away on holiday in Tenerife, and they have flown out today to be with their dad, apparently she had a blood clot in the brain, it has really got to me, I ...
