Hi friends and family, After a grueling 36 hours of travel - we're here!!! Our travels began in Salt Lake with stop overs in L.A, Taipei, Singapore and finally arriving in Bangkok totally exhausted. ... being built for a male elephant. Little cleaning went on and we ended up all having a water fight in the pool which was nice as it has been about 35 degrees here everyday! ... with the elephants we got given a chocolate bar then we went down to the creek and got in a canoe where the guide took us up the creek, it was soo peaceful and relaxing! We saw two different types of snakes on the way and we stopped for a tea break where they made a fire to boil the water and we had tea and custard cake, was very yummy! ... It all tasted delicious, so scrummy! I love that you can control how spicy, sweet, sour or salty something is and adjust the dishes to your liking. Obviously no spice for me, which made for a very satisfying meal indeed. We were all stuffed by the end of it. We were given a recipe book to try the dishes back home...the hard thing will be finding the ingredients at home! Definitely going to pursue it further, great afternoon had.
