... stops. I can't find a pulse or breath. I consider CPR (very strongly) but rationalize 1) CPR can't fix internal injuries, 2) if he's expired minutes after the accident, there's no way he's making it to the hospital, 3) more selfish. There's blood everywhere and on my hands at this point. My CPR training warned told me there's a risk of contracting god knows what kind of virus and disease, 4) fear that I'd make his internal injuries worse ...
