... the exchange took place. You have to deal with four people to buy the seafood. I'm happy to say that I went home with a 1.5lb red snapper for $3. And once we were done we stopped off for some local dessert :) the bun cake was good but I still miss a good ole fashioned brownie a la mode. However they do have some GREAT rum cake at this place called the Bird's Isle (which is the pic of me and friends by the sea).

... in the shade of the palm trees. We bought a young coconut which the guy hacked the top off for us so we could sip the delicious refreshing water. Best tasting water ever. Once we'd drunk it all he chopped the coconut in half and sliced a couple of 'spoons' from the side of the green husk. We could then scoop out the jelly from the middle - this is where a young coconut hasn't formed the meaty bit ...
