Lessons learnt:
1. Avoid Jenny's Kitchen.
2. Drink Belikin lager, the Belizean Original.
3. Think I've just realised something that you all may have known for some time: I have some sort of ' logic scrambler' in my brain! Whilst I struggle to navigate grid based cities, I have had no problems at all in Belize which is full of higgledy piggledy streets and dead ends.

... life whilst snorkelling but nothing tops our reefs in Aus. 3 nights in Belize wasn't enough but getting to El Salvador was on my priority list for a month of down time. At 8am I boarded a boat to Belize city with Pares and then a bus to Flores Guatemala for an unfortunate over night stop over and then finally an 8 hour bus down to El Salvador. I'm now on the buss to Flores and was good to see someone from back home but adios Pares - bring on El Salvador ...

... of Tampa, Florida and then continued on to Cozumel, Mexico. Once, we got to Cozumel we got off the cruise ship and it was time to explore. I had set up an excursion of the Mayan Ruins in Cozumel, this excursion also entailed going on a tequila tasting tour and then ending a Mexican restaurant in Punta Morena.
