    ... until I got a decent photo, and I made friends with some old ladies on holiday in the "Secret Garden." I even found the statue of Charlemagne that is on the estate grounds, although that took quite a while and more than one wrong turn.

    After arriving at Manchester for 8.45am and then have a mini heart attack thinking we'd miss our connecting flight to Bangalore, I blagged our ass's into business class! So after hitting the lounge - eating, drinking and having a shower (as u do), we've now been delayed a further 2 hours (5 in total). :-( With the elemis spa fully booked, the sparkle has rubbed off ever so slightly... Going to get another glass of wine and some chocolate cake.... Could be worse I ...

    ... of the day he acted 3 years old at best and we had to leave him at the hotel for a nap. And of course, WiFi in the room meant Kaitlin was out for the count Mom and I headed out to London to fight the Jet Leg and explore the city! The Queen declined our invite to afternoon tea!
