... location, airport terminal fires, moved terminals, moved bus stops, security confiscations, and remote gates, we had completely lost the hour and a half buffer we started the day with. Thank goodness for that buffer though, without it we would have missed our flight! My advice to anyone travelling to Europe is AVOID FIUMICINO! Right now we are relaxing and using the 45 minutes of free wifi we have during our 8 hour layover. We are enjoying listening to all of the different languages and accents spoken around here. The Heathrow airport is so big and interesting. We plan to go explore more stores later. More to ...

  • Drink lots of wine
  • Probably cry a fair bit
  • Pack up my room
  • Cancel my phone contract
  • Buy earphones to fit in my annoyingly small ears
  • And most importantly; eat a gazillion tonnes of chocolate
  • That list is more of a reminder for me than it ...
