    ... be the thanksgiving show! Very exciting! We then went to the museum of modern art just around the corner while we were waiting for our phone call (we could have gotten tickets for today).     Had another late start today, at first I couldn't convince ash to wake up and then by the time I did by killer headache was rearing its head. But with some nurofen and water that seemed under control, and off we went! Caught the C train to 14th st and then switched to the L train and arrived in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.     ... so we had to conquer the subway. Pretty easy actually, and once you are on the right platform then you simply wait 5-10mins for your next train. Easy

    The museum was incredible! Like all museums, you just don't get enough time to see everything you want to. Of course, we had to dig up some of the stars from the movie "Night of the Museum".

    Then it was off to Central Park...............

    ... stumbled upon Trump Tower & the promise of an ice-cream parlour beckoned. Once inside, it felt like we'd stepped into a Danielle Steele novel: it was a claustrophobic  'vision' of pink marble, brass & mirrors - a throwback of 80s 'luxe' & definitely where it should have stayed.
