... Patrick was a great tour guide & I managed to grab a few things to take home, like herbs de Provence, dijon & tarragon mustards & French sea salt. The wine section was out of this world, rows & rows of wines & I had no idea how you choose a bottle. So, I went by the pretty labels!

... top" rich, but at the same time some rather scruffy people. My favourite part was of course being able to see the prep up to race day and meeting an awesome guy from Switzerland... More details will follow, I think. Joe, the chef and I started bonding; which is good for us to work together. The galley is so small, and we really need to understand each other's space.

... a lot of activities here for children such as trampoline rides, a pool with a big slide, play areas and go-karting. There was a palace and fort at the top of the hill at the end of the promenade and Morgan and myself were able to convince the rest of the family (mostly my dad) to climb to the top.
