... the people on the bus knew the words better than we did.

When we finally arrived we were about midway up a mountain range. It had deep cliffs off the side that went straight down, so steep you couldn't see the bottom of them. The bus had to stop because of a traffic jam so we were off wondering around it for a few minutes. After a little confusion of if we would walk the rest of the way or ride, we got back on the bus and it took us ...

I woke up the next morning and Tricia and her friend Christine came and picked me up to go for lunch at one of Xingtai's fanciest restaurants. We met Christine's boyfriend and another teacher there as well. We got a really private back room in the restaurant with couches instead of chairs and a huge table in the middle. I ordered pizza and ...

I know I have been slacking on the blogs like crazy, but now I have some more time and I promise to add some more!!

To start with, I thought I would just post the Christmas greeting that I sent in to in case anyone missed it on there. It basically tells all about the Christmas experience in China.

The only thing not described is Christmas dinner. A few of us went out to "Origus" which is a buffet restaurant that serves Chinese and Western food. I ...
