Saturday in England, it must be Bath Driving into this town that is a least 2000 years old takes your breath away. A lot of the buildings are sandstone and the whole town is apparently on the UN ESCO world heritage list. After finding parking near the river we take the short stroll into the ancient town. We find the tourist information and get the Red bus map and set off into the busy streets. Bath Abbey is on one side of the square. There is a sign saying a Norman tower stood on ...

We headed to London by bus today and it took for ******* ever! The traffic was horrific and a 2 and a half hour trip turned into 4. We arrived and headed straight to a cafe for lunch. The first thing I noticed is that London is bloody expensive. We had about a 5 minute walk to Buckingham Palace so we went and took a heap of photos. We got up reasonably early to go and visit Imogen's Nan in hospital, she had a broken ankle. It was also her Grandgrads 80th birthday so we had a nice lunch in Hereford at a pub. Nice chilled day and nice to meet Imogen's grandparents. We stayed at Imogen's parents place and watched a movie. Pretty quiet day but nice all the ...

... hah. The club we were in was a little average and I got hit on twice haha. We booked a taxi for 12:30 but decided to stay out longer because we were having a good time. We ended up at a gay bar which was actually great fun. Imogen was grinding with this gay bloke and it was hilarious! We ended up going home at about 1:30 and got stuffed around with taxis.. Imogen threw a tantrum, pretty funny actually. Good ...

... a city tour, we had dinner! This is the pattern of meals everyday...breakfast is cereal, cheese and salami, tomato and cucumber. Lunch is what we would call dinner with potatoes and meat or fish and dinner too is what we would call dinner. There is no amount of hard bike riding that would reduce our caloric intake on this trip. We are being catered to definitely. We seem to be a group that likes to swim. So many of our bike stops allow time for a dip. But today as a reward ...
