A good friend asked me recently if I was escaping or running away - that had me thinking. Why would I leave my wonderful circle of family and friends, my social scene and photography courses, a perfectly brilliant business like Express Imaging, with its fabulous team of workmates, my lovely house and car, the beautiful Roath Park and City of Cardiff to pack one bag and fly to the other side ...

... we went to Bristol, which I would say Bristol is to England, what Austin is to Texas. And by that, Bristol exudes that super artsy, up and coming, hippy vibe. Meanwhile Rebecca, Mum and I enjoyed the shops Bath had to offer. When the boys joined us we ...

Despite the weather not being on our side and it pooring with rain when we arrived at the sky bar it was amazing. As most people know my favourite view is a skyline at night and this view was breath taking. We made it for sun set and it was incredible. After a lot of selfies and girlie chats we ordered the ...

It costs £9 a load to do laundry at the hotel. I wonder if you get a reach around with that? Thankfully, I didn't have to find out because my friend the concierge gave me tokens so I could do a couple on Wednesday night. I had also dropped off 4 items at the dry cleaner earlier that day and that set me back £43! Let's make this real for everybody. That is $68. I also think I need to stop reporting on my sleep patterns because I'm beginning to think ...
