    With the car packed and everyone on board, the adventure technically began.

    Other than a comfort and refuelling stop at Sutton Forrest, the trip up the highway was smooth sailing until we hit central Sydney.     I am writing this blog the day after the longest day in the world. Thankfully, my mind is a bit less fuzzy than it was the majority of the time yesterday. However I cannot guarantee any of my memories from yesterday were real or hallucinations.

    ... Sea so it is fairly rough again, but not horrible. We went to two lectures today, one on whale and dolphin rescues which was interesting. The other lecture was on forensic dentistry, and she talked about the tsunami of 2005 in Thailand. She also was very knowledgable. We had time for a quick nap before dinner.
