I had two paintings here that grabbed my attention for an extended period of time. The first, I actually bought a print of two years ago (pic 8). It’s called: The Execution of Lady Jane Grey by Paul Delaroche. The poor girl was basically tricked into being crowned Queen. No one wanted to behead her but they ...

... a bit of energy now so I walked over the London Bridge and caught the "London Bridge Experience" before it closed at 5:00pm (everything closes by 5 and opens at 10:00 am). This was a haunted house kind of thing that teaches uou about the bridge's history. It was ok, but lasted about an hour. There was an annoying family from India in there and their largest child kept bumping into me.

... Incident of the Dog in the Night". It was outstanding! We saw our performance at the Gielgud in London's theater district. The building was gorgeous and the sold out performance was quite engaging. We had bought our tickets several months in advance of our trip. This was a very good thing; the play won 5 Tony awards after we purchased and was then sold out for the rest of our stay in London.

Off to bed to conquer more tomorrow.
