      After some sad goodbyes in Spain on Friday we headed for London on a morning flight, due to arrive at 1.25pm at London Gatwick. There was a little incident boarding in Alicante, because we were travelling on Australian passports which are not from the EU we were supposed to get them stamped to show we were leaving or something.       ... ago, most of the Crown Jewels were destroyed. Charles II had then remade for his coronation. There were tones of diamond and gold sceptres and swords. The most impressive was the crowns themselves. Queen Elizabeth's mother wore a crown with the kor-i-noor diamond encrusted into it.
