... too! We also visited Walter Fletcher beach which is a little bigger and a couple of the other local beaches.
For the whole week the weather played its part except for the daily thunderstorms at around 3pm. One badly timed walk saw us getting soaked but other than that it was hot hot hot beach weather every day.
Another great bar was Margaritaville which had their own waterslide into the sea! It was great for sundowners although the ...

... If you get lucky, you'll have a chance to hear Rory Frankson, an upcoming Jamaican classical music singer, who performs weekly at different Sandals resorts. When I was first told that Sandals hired Rory to perform classical and opera, I was a little skeptical, but it works and the guests rave about him. He's now a close friend, and I would encourage you to get to know him.

The next day dawns gray and blustery again, but I feel better, so I work out. I usually feel worse when I don't. Now I got a big idea while watching the planes coming in low over the ocean to land at MBJ. Ever since watching the movie 'Pushing Tin' I've wanted to try that little air turbulence trick like Billy Bob Thornton where the plane flies right above you and lifts you off the ground. Of course ...
... were some magic way to simply Chomsky-like absorb a language, and Rosetta Stone plays and preys on that philosophy, but I don't believe it. If you want to learn a language, crack the book. I didn't notice Chomsky speaking perfect Spanish on Havana TV. He spoke English. Actually you don't need a book now, much less a dozen. You just need a laptop and internet, ditto for guide books. You can shift my paradigm anytime, baby. To be continued...
Montego Bay, Jamaica hardiek... in the hopes that someone will rescue me. If I want sit-down supper, then I'll go to the Chinese joint down the street close by. Given the lack of groceries, there's not much need to bemoan the lack of a kitchen. Half the Chinese eateries in the world operate on that principle- 'we can do it cheaper and better than you can do it yourself.' The other half try to capitalize on their exotica Asiatica where the Homies ain't never seen no ...
Montego Bay, Jamaica hardiek... after that. The flight on Air Jamaica was good despite the fact that my children were driving me insane and my husband decided to give up calming them down after about 1.5 hr into the flight and left all the work to me (typical men). We arrived in Jamaica about 11am and was thrilled when there was hardly any lines at immigrations (word of advise - take a morning flight, less persons at the airport and more time ...

Montego Bay, Jamaica longie... live musicians created the atmosphere just the way you'd have wanted it to be. All in all, it was a far cry from skiing down a mountain, but then again, winter sun never goes amiss, and as I left the place armed with a souvenir T-shirt, a whole bunch of photos and terrific memories, it comes as no surprise as to why I began to consider a healthy travel schedule to be something as worryingly vital as breathing in air.
... not be too stiff when I get back to regualr Mysore practice. Jamaica is so beautiful, so green and I had a full ocean view every morning! I really don't want to leave! I have met some really cool cool people here! Next stop back to LA to be with Rosh and Dali (cannot wait to see them again) I attach some cool pics - enjoy! Love and Light Tiana XXX
