I have a 50 minute wait for my next train. At this point I really feel the cold as it is 0 degrees Centigrade. Not 12 hours ago I was sat on a beach in Florida and it was a pleasant 22 Degrees. I decide to get a coffee inside, but for some reason the door is left wide open, so it is chilly, but better than waiting ...

I don't know who their photographer is but they take great shots. And it made the place kinda homey, like Cheers but much cosier, hooghly! ... We had to jump on and off a couple of trains to make it to the dungeons and by the time we arrived at our final station it was after 6. Where we thought the dungeons were, there was a sign saying they had moved – so we gave up on going to them! Instead we walked along the Thames. It was beginning to rain again. The days seem to start off sunny but then the clouds come in the afternoons and a bit of rain. It was raining a fair bit so we took refuge in a café ...

Dinner with Rob and Bett It was lovely to catchup with them at the sailing club. Their friend has started a pop up restaurant once a month. We went down to the black lion afterwards for a drink. I only just managed to catch the last tube home - the party animals! Rob is such a great story teller tho, who knew that postman pat could have so much drama around him. And last month they visited George Harrison's house....etc! Reading I had a solid sleep in, such a treat! Every weekend ...

... the Draft House. We were served by a girl from Albury. We then caught a RV1 bus to Covent Garden where we visited the Transport Museum. This covered London public transport - walking, horse drawn, steam driven, steam locomotives and electrical trains from 1904 onwards. Many of the tunnels were hand dug and petrol and diesel buses were on display. We walked to Leicester Square and went home on the Piccadilly and District lines. We enjoyed a takeaway Thai ...
