A run to BH to get my ID card
Woo hoo! I am permanently legal now... time to open a bank account and go wild!... or at least buy a house... woo hoo!
After stopping at the Policia Federal (immigration)- a visit of all of 9 minutes - I went to the mercado central and then on to the bus station to grab the noon bus... there was a huge amount of rain (a real bus washer today) so a regular 2 hour trip turned into a 3 hour ordeal... but I am home and VERY VERY happy!

Flight home... lucky me!
I hate not sitting by the window... but to my surprise some guy wanted the isle... so we traded... woo hoo!

... e econômica no Lider Hotel por ser ele um hotel pequeno, no centro e já meu conhecido desde 1985 e também porque será apenas para pernoite. Não achei que valia a pena arriscar com qualquer outro hotel e nem gastar tanto ficando em algum de mais estrelas. A programação relâmpago em Manaus restringe-se, basicamente a visitar o porto, o teatro e comer pratos regionais dentre eles um destaque para a costela de tambaqui na brasa. Ficaremos lá pouco mais de 24 ...
Inhotim - Breve resumo ....
... paisagístico cresceu e passou por várias modificações. A propriedade particular foi se transformando com o tempo. Começava a nascer um grande espaço cultural, com a construção das primeiras edificações destinadas a receber obras de arte contemporânea. Ganhava vida também o rico acervo botânico, consolidado a partir de 2005 com o resgate e a introdução de coleções botânicas de diferentes partes do Brasil e com foco nas espécies nativas."

The beginning
... will stay at Lider Hotel a small 3 star business hotel which I know since the old times when I was living there and can be considered as "nice for the price". From Manaus we will travel by bus to Boa Vista where begins our land journey.
