          It is cooler today with intermittent cloud which adds even more to our comfort.Elk Island National Park turn off just ahead.

          Out of bed and breakfast finished by 7:30 AM. Had my last chat with Trish's cousins, then off to the YMCA for some badly needed exercise.           Just arrived at Trish's cousins home in St Albert. It was sunny all day, and not too hot. Stopped in Lloydminister for coffee and fuel, after my gps took me for a drive down 40 KMs of dirt road. Most intersections do not have stop or yield signs as you can see 100 KMs in any direction.
