... We do not disagree. Unfortunately for us they were engaged in restorative work on the exterior front. The inside was pristine. The church is rich with paintings and frescoes. In fact Mike (aka Michelangelo) reviewed the ceiling and wall art before painting the Sistine Chapel. Bird is also especially impressed with the alternating black and white stone work. ... a Scottish couple (so nice to speak English again), a glass of wine in the town square, bought a bag from a girl whose best friend has the 'Taste of Italy' restaurant in Oslo.
In beautiful sun, swam in the Lake then washed my hair to classical music in the beautiful camp bathrooms, before dinner out tonight -although we mostly cook for ourselves - " (ed. its better and cheaper....)
    So, that's it for tonight.
