Mykonos, Greece
... the town with passengers from the Seabourn Quest who was also in port. In peak season there can be many ships in port at the same time with thousands of tourists from both the ships as well as other European travelers. The so-called party island
The stop in Mykonos was uneventful and pretty relaxing. OK meal in a local joint and the streets are famous for being a maze which has a sort of charm. We didn't have lovely weather but just a bit overcast and windy.

Ios was a huge party ...

islands are inhabited.
Every island has its own personality. Siros is a bustling commercial and
administrative hub. It has a number of
impressive ...

10 October 2012 – Mykonos, Greece
So for a little change of pace, my friend Paul and I are flying out to Mykonos for a cheap, relaxing holiday somewhere hot and sunny. I found a beautiful little apartment to rent for the week, set in its own gardens right in the middle of the old town. Neither of us have ever been to Mykonos before so it’s going to be a hit and miss adventure, but we decided it can’t be that bad, and in any case, all we want to do ...
