      When we got home we got organised for our Grand Departure Dinner. Trees had made Chilli Build-Up (just like nachos) and both Anna and Claire came round. It was great and after dinner we did a fashion show for everyone before we had to go to bed.

      After a seemingly endless flight we arrived at LHR on time, only to spend 2 hours collecting our pre-booked hire car. This involved shuttle bus to Europcar depot, a 1 1/2 hour wait to get to a counter and half an hour waiting for the car. Our new wheels are a Mercedes B class in silver - I'm already having issues with the little dashboard handbrake, opposite side indicators, Eco mode where it scarily shuts the engine whenever at a standstill at intersections and ...

      ... different views of London. The weather was perfect, so we had good clear views over this wonderful panorama.
