Ahoy everyone across the seas,

Today we left Croatia (sadly), we had the most amazing time there. We left Rijeka in the rain, the plan was to walk around the city this morning and have a look, however the rain deterred us so we packed the car and headed off. Our apartment was small, but big enough for the three of us with a washing machine the nice woman helped us turn on (it was fairly confusing), and a kitchen where we made dinner one night.

We started out our first day in Rovinj by wandering around ...

... bunch of caves during our travels, but we both thought that this cave was the largest we have visited. The river in the cave spans through Slovenia (near the border of Croatia), Austria, and Italy. The tour was quite impressive! After the guided tour, we did our own walk through the park, which was predominately outdoors, but we did get close to some waterfalls. From the caves, we got back on a bus that took us to Slovenian Istria.
