Today (Saturday) we're having a day off and spending it at the Speke Resort in Kampala. It's a very smart place on the shores of Lake Victoria and has a large swimming pool.
Juliet was about to apply her sun cream when we noticed that what she thought was sun cream was actually Spanish hairspray. She had been using it all day yesterday at Sanga and wondered why it had not been very effective!

The girls have been very busy playing games with the large number of youngsters. Tom has seen a lady who will probably need surgery on an eye. Julia made an arch support for a 28 year old farmer. We discovered that in addition to their 6 children Samuel and Blessed have 2 adopted children so there are 10 living in the house which is quite small. When we got back to the church they told us of their plans to build a Primary School for 200 students on land next to the church. The land would cost ...

... Matt and I tried out the Irish Coffees....v. good.

Marni and Brody were in good form today. There was an elderly couple sitting behind us waiting to be picked up by their driver who was stuck in the snow. Marni and Brody entertained them for most of our lunch. It was very cute and it definitely made the couples wait more enjoyable.

After our lazy lunch we walked back and the kids walked back along the wall again.
