    ... and drinking nasty water from my new spa cup, we then headed to the Becherovka factory. Becherovka was designed by Jan Becher in Karlovy Vary. This drink was originally designed as a medicine that aids with digestive problems. The taste was liked so much, however, that it has now been turned into a famous Czech drink.     It was amazing to see your daughter with a smile that lights up her face, in a princess horse and carriage, while playing Frozen, Let it Go song on the iphone.
    Priceless!
    We finished up our stay with a funicular tram ride up to a great observation tower overlooking the town.
    There was a cute, mini zoo that the kids enjoyed feeding the few animals ...

  • Apparently the way to enjoy your "brew" was to sip it while munching on a traditional wafer biscuit. I bought a chocolate one to enjoy with my glass of metallic salty water.
