Off to Manchester after supper to be next to the airport for the early morning flight! Need to check in at 6.40 am (sigh)... But very excited to get on the way! A co-pilot and I are driving to Benidorm and back to raise money for Bluebell Wood. Now this on its own is probably nothing out of the ordinary, but there is a twist, we are doing it as Bo & Luke Duke from the 80's TV show 'Dukes of Hazzard’ in our own General Lee.

I am making plans to return for my work at Huds. Jess is much livelier and eating well, she has stopped being sick and weeing randomly in the night. I take her for a check up at Amelie's before returning to UK and leaving her with Andy. Its not true that lightening doesnt strike twice as Amelie informs me that Jess has a tumour in one of her eyes. It will have to be removed. ... raised beds, edged with the old pine boards from the attic, set up on the south side of the garden and a pond in the wildlife garden with a pretty gravel path bordering it. One of the raised beds was set aside for asparagus and the garlic and onions were showing strong early growth too.
