... spraying in expanding foam into all the nooks and crannies. It's a tight space but we really don't want more visitors so worth it.
After spending ALL day Saturday we were not as far along packing as we had hoped. Our goal was to be ready to leave early Sunday morning. However, even after staying up late Saturday we needed most of Sunday morning to complete the pack out process.
By 11am we were ready to go! Niagara falls here we ...
... We did not hv a paper map with us and know way of knowing if we were even headed in right direction. The GPS totally flipped out when we were detoured by an accident, the street names were wrong and there were no gas stations or stores or shoulder to pullover . On the back roads of whatever state we were in were beautiful country estates.i don't know if they were summer homes or people ...
... because of how great it felt to be doing this by myself, and how much I enjoyed my own company and that of nature. Of course I wasn't really all alone....I always love blogging and connecting with folks in that way when I travel, so thanks to everyone who followed me, even if it was just here and there! If you ever get a chance to take off and wander by yourself for an extended period of time (or even a short period of time), I highly recommend it!
... eateries try to lure you to them with samples.. turned out most of them were trying to make money by selling small samples for $5- 6, Not like the ones we have in Vcr but fun to attend.
- This Seaport campground we are in is very nice, HUGE sites and very modern and clean facilities (best we have had so far)
- Badlands & Mt. Rushmore
- Grand Tetons
- Salt Lake City
- Sequoia National
- The Grand Canyon
We're going to be flexible with our itinerary - if we want to stay somewhere longer we will. If we are done sooner, we'll move on. No reservations! (Sounds like a good name for a TV show :-))
