We all then left the rehearsals when they were completed, we then went and got some food for dinner, like usual just eating until we couldn't any more, we then went back to someones hotel room and we all converged on this room, all 30 or more exchange students converged into a 2 person room, mostly on the outdoor patio.     ... and and carpets!!!!) Such a fantastic time we are having.!!! The food has also been quite an eyeopener. We were trying to ask the waiter if the meat for the iskender (like a schwarmer) was lamb or goat. (They do eat goat here!!!!) He looked at us very blankly until Joy went baaaaa baaaaaa and mehhhh mehhhhh.Joy ordered a Rusian salad last night and guess what she got - a tin of mixed vegetables with some mayonnaise!!! Its a bit of hit and miss at times with what you order ...

    Well we finally swam in the Mediterranean. The water is very clear, temperature was perfect, calm sea...no waves, but I needed my sandals to cope with the very pebbly shore! Did I know there wouldn't be much sand? We are spoilt! Yesterday we walked to the Chimaera...up a mountainside to where fire still burns from crevices in the rocks, it was recommended we visit at night to get the full effect. Thankfully we walked up in daylight and back in the early evening ...

    ... but had a good night. Adam even came along (he doesn’t drink) and had a bogie on the dance floor. All was going well there until Karen gave him a little bum wiggle on his leg and he ran for the hills, poor Adam. So with vodka at crazy prices and wine tasting horrible it was time to head home and relax in the air con, I mean it was 2am so quite respectable to be coming home I think.
