We do expect to cycle back through northern California for springtime and back up to Oregon early summer.

It's 800 miles to The Teton's from here. We awoke early, partly due to anticiptation, partly due to the 76 degree temp still inside the RV and only 72 outside. I spot check temp forecasts in Nevada and Idaho which promise lows in the 40's. Whew. ...

... the Olympics were held in 1960. Still a big ski resort and still has all the buildings of the Olympic Village although they are high end ski shops now and a hotel.

The next two days were kick back days and we had an opportunity to meet those RVers camping next to us. The RV park was very pretty and it was our first exposure to cold nights. Altitude was in excess of 8,000 ft.

... appear. How do you even decide which one to use when they're ALL empty?!? Geesh!We stop again for a short while to enjoy the sun setting. Sean puts together his Alite Mayfly chair for me to sit in (because he is so awesome!). We all relax for a bit and everyone has a snack. ... the sounds of the water. Sheba happily runs around. So many smells to smell! We rest for a short time, before heading back. We finish our trek just in time to catch the sun setting behind us and the moon coming up in front of us. What an awesome view! This trail was perfect for our first adventure.
