    ... Piadina stand and got myself some lunch. I had seen these stands around the smaller towns but never really knew what they were. Apparently, they are fast food stands and serve something similar to what we call a calzone, a folded over pizza pie. Because they use fresh ingredients, including the dough, it was very tasty.
