    she told me she is just on her way to meet some friends in a german berivian bar . we walked what must have been at least 35 mins further than where we origionally was, to find this berivian beer house ..

    That was quite a long flight! The time difference has me confused about the length of the flight, but here in Germany it is just before noon on April 14th. I had a good time, in spite of the long plane ride. I watched Interstellar for part of it, read my Bill Nye book, and reflected a bit. And when we landed, I got my first passport stamp!     After lunch we strolled around some more and then back along the river where we stopped into a coffee spot - ostensibly for a couple of coffees. Finally, we headed back to the hostelry to try and make up for the time change and ****** airplane sleep. And, to be clear, it was not ******-airplane sleep it was ******-sleep on the excellent airplane.

    I think everybody had some good sleep but me. My sleep was fitful and sporadic and not particularly reinvigorating. By 6:00 ...
