          ... we went to a couple wonderful Christmas concerts including a traditional Catalan singer and a soul/blues concert performed by a group from Ghana called the Sey Sisters.

          ... won on display and you got to go to all the different levels and see the field - there is a photo of Scott looking down into it. This stadium can fit almost 100,000 people in it which is huge. We really enjoyed that stop and it was well worth going in though Scott does always debate the cost of thighs and if it was!           Below are some pictures of a neighborhood called El Born. A couple of friends and I walked around this neighborhood after eating brunch at a place called Picnic. I had been craving American brunch and this place hit the spot! It was filled with American and Australian ex-pats. We are going back on Sunday. Yum!

          ... saddened to learn of the closing of the Jordi Labanda boutique. Excited to shop at the boutique, I travelled all over the city based on the web site's information. When I arrived at the address, I was told the store was shut down 3 years ago. A very disappointing discovery and lack of internet maintenance.
