... and i'm seeing myself improve each practice. School is also going well with the flexible schedule and nice and understanding teachers. Learning the language is still difficult but hopefully I will Improve during the next few months. I always have something going on each weekend so it's nice to always be busy and be with my friends and family here.

... I soon realized I had a lot to learn about how normal life in Sweden because during this trip I crashed on my bike on the way to the store! Slowly but surely I'm learning more and more the ways of Swedish life.

I am now on my way to a crayfish party. Something swedes celebrate because the crayfish at this time is at the peak of freshness. They sing, wear funny hats, and of course eat crayfish.

Last day

Yeap, so today I did my last day of work, before heading out to Canada, felt kind of bittersweet.. Been looking forward to this day for a while, but saying goodbye to everyone made me realize how much I actually enjoyed working there! Anyways, I'm off to bed now, going into town tomorrow and say good bye to the grand parents. Lets hope I can actually get some sleep these last days.. I doubt it though ...

... people in. Disappointed and hungry, we thought we’d try a Swedish traditional meal back on board, called ‘ Pytt I panna’ (potato, ham, onion etc in small cubes, fried then frozen and re-heated in a frying pan and served with a fried egg. Better than it sounds, just.
