Oops, i found out by accident that swinoujsce, poland is very nice. Great new marina just over the unmarked border. It was only on the way back i saw a sign saying what the speed limits were in deuchland. ... weren't still drinking were sleeping on floors throughout the 3rd deck, or sitting up against a wall, unconscious with a beer can in one hand and a burned out cigarette in the other.
