    ... did the reception for all the German speaking folks and then came and did a special English version for us.

    The resort was very nice, fancy (a bit more than what we are used to) and had a bit of everything for us. The huge kids area was amazing for our kids, they had all sorts of excursions to go on as a family, bikes to use anytime we wanted and of course they had this great spa area. I like spas. Hell, I love spas! I like steam rooms and pools, and lounges ...

    ... lit up, everything lit up, and huge crashes of thunder rolled over us as the rain beat down. The tent did its best, even with us inside, to lift off its pegs. I've never been in a tent under such a storm. It was fantastic.     ... But what isn't a sight to behold in these parts? I'm currently sitting in the shade of the car on a campsite 20 miles outside Lienz, Austria, having had undoubtedly the greatest driving day of my life. A few thousand feet of lush green mountain, as manicured as any golf course, is staring down at me, incredibly steep-sided and forested on top.
