The mighty Dolomite Passes

Once into the town of Cortina I decide to continue onwards to the wonderful holiday lake area of Misurina. I rode through here in summer and just loved the setting with the massive hotels on the water’s edge and surrounded by massive mountains. Onwards to find the Dolomites
... the kind waitress informed me that the sign saying "pass closed" is for another pass and not the main pass on the road to Bolzano and that I can go that route to the Dolomites.
My plan now was to follow route 42 out of Edolo as far as Bozzana and then head over the passes to Bolzano and then take it from there.
