Romantik is a bit much to say, but it's a nice hotel. It's in an old building so there is some sound of moving parts (such as floor boards). The location is very central regarding the old town and the sights.

... Although the wasps decided to attack again, much to Tabbi and Naomi's horror, every now and then we would open our eyes to see them jumping around swatting wildly at the terrifying beasts. Katie was more efficient and brutal, stamping very directly on one without mercy. Came back for tea. Anna, Tabbi, Naomi and Ellie are leaving 11pm to get a night train tonight, not envious of them, and then heading home. None of us had a very appealing tea- we had noodles with 1 cup of ...

Perhaps more come for ski season. Today we visited Slovenia's one and only national park, part of which was yet another ski resort. The names here are about as memorable as the average Welsh word. First we went back to Bled (baby) over a mountain short cut (map reading improving already). Then we went to the Triglav National Park, taking in Ribcev Laz, where we had an ice cream by a wide blue ...

Yes Austria is beautiful to drive through and I wish we had more time to explore all these lovely places. Maybe next year? Still pleasant temperatures. Hot in the day but not scorching and cool at night so you can ...

Halfway down the river, after getting tipped out the boat by a clever trick our guide played on us, we got out and were showed a place we could body surf the Rapids. Katie confidently strutted into the river ready to conquer the Rapids however her plan changed when the water proved its strength and ...
