      ... by the chef. The owner was very hospitable having a conversation with several tables of diners. It seemed clear that these were certainly regular customers. After I paid my bill and was retrieving my coat he asked me if this was my first time dining there and how I learned about the restaurant. Clearly this degree of service has its rewards to the owner and clientele as well.
