      ... anyway and enjoyed the prettiness. We saw what may have been the 'castle' which was actually a hotel but we weren't sure. After a while we got too cold and so then we headed home.

      On the way back we stopped at a servo to buy a 'vignette' which is like a road tax which you need to drive in Austria. We are heading there tomorrow and now we are all prepared. Ben also bought a beer at the servo which was huge (I think a litre), which is totally normal ...

      ... there are lots of shops and cafes along the waterfront which look like they will be nice when they are open. Boxing day here there are no sales - everything is still closed. We had a walk around anyway and went up a lookout which was about 10 floors high of just stairs and then a platform on top to look over the lake. It swayed in the wind a bit which was pretty freaky!       ... spent saying goodbye to all of our amazing friends and trying not to cry (Nic anyway). This entailed a lot of eating and drinking and a lot of hugs.
