... nice hot shower in luxurious bathroom ,wandered down to garden terrace with it's views and fabulous rose gardens and were presented with bottle of local wine and nibbles. Watched the sun go down, at 9 o'clock moved inside (getting a bit chilly) and were served a sumptuous dinner. Only one other couple staying so we were treated like royalty. Maria JoseŽs husband is starting a microbrewery and was having a mini-open house for family and friends. The official opening is in 8 days, but all of the painting was done, equipment in place, and for the most part, ready to go! I was quite impressed seeing ...

Lastly, but certainly not least, weŽd like to say a big thank you to all the staff at the Gredos Centre, to the expertise of the monitors and to all the animals who can now have their home back until the next school visit!
