      To late to go to Jerez as we have 5 hour drive ahead of us. After quite a pleasant drive arrived in Don Quixote country , didn't see any windmills to tilt at , so headed up the mountain to our scheduled hotel.       ... sisters were slaughtered by the Romans because of their
      Christian beliefs in the 4th century.

      We had lunch in a restaurant called the Soul Kitchen. We got
      their just before the Spanish 2pm lunchtime rush and had menu del dia. It was
      delicious. The sign outside the restaurant declared they were against all war
      and tourist menus!

      ... that she has been eyeing up, but we also got Naipes cards, castanets, magnets, a Barcelona jersey, scarves, etc.

      About 5 pm, Jesús called asking where we were. They had been waiting since 2 pm, knowing that we were getting in about that time. Oops. Misunderstandings happen when people speak the same common language, but it is even worse when our native languages are different! Poor Sara had been waiting ...

      ... all to spend it with a really great group of children who behaved brilliantly on their first major trip away from home. I am sure I write on behalf of Mr. Barnes and Miss. Prynne when I say that I miss it already!

      Lastly, but certainly not least, we´d like to say a big thank you to all the staff at the Gredos Centre, to the expertise of the monitors and to all the animals who can now have their home back until the next school visit!

      Yesterday was also an opportunity for 2 groups to bake rock cakes with instructors Raquel and Anais. The results were yummy! The third group went today and puddings were provided for one and all as a result of very successful culinary afternoons!
