To late to go to Jerez as we have 5 hour drive ahead of us. After quite a pleasant drive arrived in Don Quixote country , didn't see any windmills to tilt at , so headed up the mountain to our scheduled hotel. For certain teachers, it was felt that a practice wasn´t necessary, although on reflection it wouldn´t have been a bad idea!

Yesterday was also an opportunity for 2 groups to bake rock cakes with instructors Raquel and Anais. The results were yummy! The third group went today and puddings were provided for one and all as a result of very successful culinary afternoons!
