    ... restaurant. Buschenshank is when the only food and drink that can be sold is produced on the premises. We had what is called Brettlejause - a wooden platter of meats, cheeses, pickles etc with a locally made cider. Christine was happily loading her fork up with some meat and what she thought was a very finely grated cheese only to find when she ate it that is was in fact grated horseradish!
