... and sister, but since I was a little early I checked out the Galeria mall which was right next door, and advertised a terrace lounge on the top floor. It had a really great view of the city skyline and it definitely was a good end to my experience in the city of Frankfurt.

I forgot to mention that I had been warned on this day to not eat too much after breakfast, because we were having an especially big dinner. Simon and I met some of his buddies at a nearby Schnitzelhaus ...

... os. Their word for what Americans call pepperoni is salami, and I was getting a type of pepper which they called pepperoni! I still enjoyed the pizza, regardless of however you called what I was eating, and I washed it down with my first ever Schofferhoffer, a specialty beer in Germany served in a super tall glass which Simon's dad taught me how to pour my beer into.

Because Christmas is just around the corner, many villages in Germany have set up ...
