      ... the Best local Cajun shrimp and rice I have tasted for dinner that night, at the recommendation of our driver believe it or not, at an Irish Pub! I asked the driver why they use Muels rather than horses, and he said its because they are hardier and won't overwork themselves, particularly in the heat of New Orleans.
