Well decided to stick to plan, came down to Hot Springs. I have two days until I pack up and return home. Thunderstorm started then quickly passed over again (think it's following me) while I was chomping down on some good barbequed ribs. Good thing I don't eat lunch on the road.

Dad could have spent a day here reading every detail (no surprise), but we managed to do it in 3 hours with a tour and revisiting the high points. After supper I went downtown to Bath House Row to see the famous bath houses that people 'took the waters'. You could not take a bath their now as they had been taken over as shops or government offices, but still made a good picture.
Tomorrow I'll take one last trip and then get ready to ride home. My bum is not looking forward to it.
Sure enjoyed Arkansas--stunning scenery with the mountains, forests, rivers, lakes, and fabulous state parks.
Loved wandering through the Ozarks meeting so many friendly people.
Time to head back to Florida, through Mississippi and Georgia doing very little sightseeing on the way. Chores to get done before going to the ...
