Draggy is one of my internet people. Only now, she really isn't I guess??

      Day 6 travel day

After the full-on experiences of yesterday we hung around The L'Auberge till midday, having a classy breakfast "creek-side" then headed off for our final Camaro 100 miles back to Phoenix airport and the 90 minute flight to Fresno, our stop-over point before heading off to Yosemite tomorrow. Have to say it will be a relief to drop a few degrees in temperature, Fresno matches Phoenix, GC & Sedona at 90-100 averages.

We did however find the Japanese garden and it was lovely a wedding was being photographed while we were there. ...

We had a short travel day. The Sequoia National Forest is only about 2 hours from Visalia. We started up the park road and ended up parked for the better part of an hour because of park road-building. It was frustrating but neat watching them building the road up on such a steep slope. Once passed that, we made our way to the giant Sequoia's. We took a shuttle to the General Sherman tree ...

... Sauvignon will cost the vineyard 19 dollars to produce and they will sell it for at least 28 bucks (9 dolar profit) to merchants, dealers or restaurants owners. Supermarkets will charge the customer 40-50 dollars for the same bottle of wine and a restaurant will double or triple the price to 80-120 dollars a bottle. A bottle contains 6 glasses of wine and the good restaurant's in Napa will cover the cost of the bottle by selling the first glass of wine - an average ...
