... Decorating the house and tree is a task made so much sweeter with family, glasses of Prosecco, and Bette Midler Christmas music!

Although we were only able to address a few ills of the world, we did have fun trying. As we depart onto our next stop, we bid a fond farewell and heartfelt thanks to Lisa and Phil for opening up their home and sharing their lives with us. They epitomize what family is all about.

... money or take the time. I've also been craving more protein than usual. I can't seem to get enough chicken, peanut butter, eggs or fish. I now see that all these signals are my body telling me what it needs in this moment to be comfortable and healthy.
