... but we went in when it opened and left when it closed. It was not too hot, so the animals didn’t only lie in the shade – we had some real cool sights – so we had a great day.

What are some of the highlights we had?

... and someone came to the rescue with the funding, otherwise they would have had to close down) These are the moments I have loved about this trip where you meet someone new and they have some tie to another strange adventure from the trip. Camping (yes I know we were not officially in a tent) has always been the best for meeting friendly folk.

... it was called Abby's Sea Star Spin. Then it was time to check out all the different animals that they have at Sea World. We went and saw Turtle reef, Shark encounter, Penguin encounter, Seals, Dolphins and last but not the least Shamus Underwater viewing area. Was fun watching the Dolphins, we got to stand at the end of a swimming area so we could touch the water and dolphins but I think we would of gotten I to trouble. But we were able to watch 4 dolphins ...

... Again not plain sailing. Our conundrum is how to settle a baby when the noisy (but trying to be quiet) toddler is less than a metre away and it's bright daylight. Nowhere for the boys to go and explore tonight in a car park. The iPad come in handy and we get Taya down. Dylan has had a really late nap today and isn't keen on settling quietly. Pretty testing, and we are looking forward to cracking this bit, and hopefully very soon. Looking forward to seeing more of San Diego ...
