    ... the people's psyche without at least touring one monastery, as it's so deeply ingrained into their daily lives. It's obvious each and every time we've passed a religious site during our last three tours, with he driver signing the cross across his chest.

    It's no knock against Georgian or Armenian monasteries, but more a carryover of travel through European countries - while monasteries here are a bit different ...

    ... make logical sense to me we went to the station. We whizzed over the smallish gap and back again and both enjoyed it, so targeted the 'mega zip'! The mega zip was pretty mega, going across the length of the park, and over the top of the white water rating course. The queue however wasn't exciting, as it was so hot, it was nearly unbearable reaching over 100 degrees! However it was good fun, and cooled us down. Later on we took to the ...

    The rest of the morning seemed to pass really quickly, we were soon on the road to get some NC BBQ at Rock House BBQ. OMG so good. We each had a bit of pork, chicken and beef BBQ with sides. So much yumminess. Right next door is a fruit and veg stall, it had the freshest looking stuff. We got some avocadoes and minneolas (tangelos).

    After lunch we explored downtown Waxhaw ...

    ... monitored closely over the next several years for any recurrence.
    As “there are no atheist in foxholes”, I was quick to realize
    all God has done in leading me here, to the right place, at the right

    I do remember that she shared with us that she isn't afraid of snakes and that a good southern girl isn't afraid of snakes. A couple of us shivered as we hid our faces, laughing because we are scared to death of snakes!
