The course layout was great, had a true desert feel to it, great fairways and greens too. The GPS device resembled an iPad and was the best I have ever used. Had full flybys, everything, very cool. ... Der Shuttle-Bus bringt uns vom Mietwagen-Parkhaus zum Terminal 4, wo wir unser Gepäck am nahezu menschenleeren US Airways-Schalter aufgeben. Ebenfalls keine Schlangen an der Security. Damit haben wir noch eine gute Stunde Zeit bis zum Boarding unseres Fliegers nach Philadelphia. Die nutzen wir für ein kleines Frühstück bei Starbucks.

Es ist dann gar nicht so einfach, das Handgepäck in der 757 zu verstauen. Wir verteilen es auf mehrere Fächer bis 10 Reihen hinter uns. ...

Back at the ranch (good line, eh?) we said our good byes and Dave drove us once again 2 hours back to Phoenix.Then adiós and back to Brighton,where fantastically the sun was shining.

This trip was enhanced by our experiences and that included our friends and strangers, who in Mexico always gave with their hearts open.
Thanks especially to the 3 Dave's and Ken for ferrying us around. George for taking my teasing and giving ...

... a good visit with a glass of wine and then tea and gingerbread with applesauce. Carolyn is looking great, not ready to go on any strenuous hikes yet but getting stronger every day. They told us about the shooting in Tuscon today and we watched some of the news about it...very sad and disturbing. We were pretty tired when we got home so decided to go to a later church service in the morning.
