Guys-<br><br>I made it back on Thursday at 7pm. Total mileage logged: 7K+. Miles run for the last two days: 2,100. I rode from Tuscalossa AL to Van Horn TX on wednesay, that was 1,150 miles and took 20hours. The next day, I went from 120 miles east of El Paso Texas to Redlands CA. I think that was about 13 hours. I bought shoes, clothes, surfboards, magazines, ski masks and hats, along with the fishing rods and crab traps. Besides that there was also all sorts of household items and trinkets, sports equipment, art, food vendors, electronics, books n movies, music, toys, furniture, vehicle parts, many things... ... the guys with the guns. It seems the only piece of trophy part that I kept with us on the trip (because it was a piece of thinner glass) is throwing up an alarm in the screening area. The guards think it looks like there is a bayonet in my carry on. I try to say "just open it, it's only a glass trophy piece. Now the question is how many guards and how many guns to open my bag. ... the hostel to wait for the tour bus to arrive. The bus arrived on time and it stopped off at Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Muscle Beach, Rodeo Drive, Sunset Blvd/Strip, Mann's Chinese Theater, Kodak Theatre, Mullholland Drive, Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Hollywood sign. We also did the movie stars homes at the start too. A big day and lots of photos to go with it too. At the end of the tour I was dropped off at LAX and I waited for my flight bback home. ... LA and it was about an hour before I left Sydney (that was weird). I got to Customs and went through really quickly and they were surprisingly pleasant to me. After I got out of LAX I caught the free shuttle bus to my hotel, Holiday Inn LAX, which was located next door to one of the many local McDonalds. We apparently viewed houses once belonging to George Harrison, Elvis, Gregory Peck, Burt Reynolds; the LA mansions of Rod Stewart and Mick Jagger, etc, etc. Naturally, we didn't see any of these stars. We then drove along Rodeo Drive, but did not stop - we were not bothered by this, as neither of us has money enough for Rodeo Drive prices!
