    Sitting in a crowded gate area here at Seatac Airport. Geared up for another low budget excursion hoping to check at least 2 new countries off the list. As typical these days, the flight is full and my ff miles see me only fit for a center seat. I have my Alka Seltzer PM gel tabs (no pesky fizz to tickle my nose) to get me thru the night.     ... cooking. On the menu was chicken kabobs with a saffron butter and fire smoked tomatoes. The fire was hot and the chicken cooked quickly on the bamboo skewers. We decided to eat outside as the sun was setting and had the perfect view for dinner. Across the water from camp were mountains and island and the sky turned orange and pink as we ate.
