    As a stop over it is fine. It has a bed, shower, and airport shuttle

    Hurry up and wait

    ... and then an 8:45am American flight the next morning to CS. So it looks like we overnight on a red-eye. We were not able to get seat assignments on American so we weren't real sure re had reservations. Alaska Air was exceptionally friendly and very helpful to us every step along the way to fix American's problem.

    ... trip to find our shared accommodation with Gay and Bob, a cute B n B with a white picket fence! Carolyn enjoyed the trip with a long sleep while Cathy got to enjoy the highlights of the country sights. Waking in time to give excellent navigation instructions, we found our new abode without a hitch. Linda our host was there to greet us with a list of very specific do's and don'ts during our stay. The place is lovely and great detail has been given ...

    ... joking. We did not find this funny, as we were both frantically googling if we need one and how to get a visa. At least he was cute and had a nice smile.

    Freak-out #2- We are sitting at opposite ends of the plane. Why would you separate us?! Luckily, when we talked to the woman behind the counter at the gate, she was able to get us a center aisle all to ourselves. 14 hours of being sprawled out and sleeping was very nice.

    ... taking place as we were sight seeing! I don't think Jamie was amused lol

    We are fortunate to be staying with a very nice lady we met on the ship who offered us a bed for the week, so the countryside she lives in is just what we need to recharge batteries, internal and external lol

    Ben stayed that night, but had to work in the city, so Sunday he left after lunch
