... 3D King Kong ride/experience which we haven't experienced yet. On the top of my agenda is to get to Six Flags Magic mountain. We have a "loft warming" party to attend and sip champagne and network with people in the industry while I search for a headshot photographer and that happens on Saturday, I think that's very LA-esque.

... was out and it was really lovely walking along the promenade next to the beach. We knew when we had arrived in Venice Beach because the promenade was suddenly full of bars and stalls. There were artists, jewelry, clothes, fortune tellers, all sorts. We saw a stall for henna tattoos and we decided to both get one. ... mum and dad and had a little sob to them and finally sucked it up and did it... but it meant that i had two peices of hand luggage and some of my clothes in there too... bad times. Oh well. I went to bed with the voice of david letterman in the background and i suppose the day was destined to be a dull/bad one... i was slightly on edge about going to Fiji.. but from my next blog you'll see i had NOTHING to worry about...
