... we are going to be making our way through an Amish village and potentially later in the trip we will travel through a state known for the Mormon religion. We arrived in Cleveland Ohio and it was a complete hole. The town looked so empty and dirty. It was not a pleasant place to be but it worked well for a one night stop over. ... EZ tied down, Terry arrived. He and Jan were kindly our hosts for the stay. We took the opportunity to inspect his EZ in his pristine hangar – of which we're not allowed to be envious! Olmsted Falls is about 35 mins from the airfield and a delightful suburb of the city. On the way, we made a pit-stop at a local diner for lunch. ... that look like houses or barns, built across rivers. In former times these bridges were used as community get-together, dancing places, shelters, besides to actually cross the rivers. There used to be over 2,000 such bridges in Ohio, with 125 remaining today.
We stop at one of those bridges, the Everett Bridge in the Cuyahoga National Park, South of Cleveland.
